A particularly large turf house with fine stone dressings, forming an attractive road side feature and beautifully set to N of Mill / [[Killyfole Lough]]. The turf house is aligned roughly N-S on bend of road to N of Mill Lough. The former dwelling (HB12/01/053), which was opposite, has now been demolished. Pitched natural slate roof with no rainwater goods. Walls are random rubble stone with two ventilation slits to each side elevation and one to rear. Dressed and stepped stone quoins to corners. N gable faces onto road and has a large segmental headed opening with dressed stone voussoirs and keyblock.
